Francisco Gómez

VP of Technology
Thirteen years of experience either on consulting and solutions areas and computing products, working in management and leadership areas of top companies, such as EDS, Sema Group, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and Software AG. Apart from his jobs in the Service and Technology sectors, he takes part in various technology research and Standard groups, working for OASIS Group and W3C. His work trajectory has been related to modernizing and technological projects in areas such as Telecommunication, Banking, Insurance and Government, focusing his work during the last years on transformation towards Process Oriented LED TH Architecture and SOA.

On the other hand, Fran Gómez has led the launch of lines of business in areas as BPM, Integration, ECM or Free Software. Fran studied “Computing Science” with a Master on “Expert and Robotic Systems” at Penn State University (Philadelphia, USA).

He has also studied a postgraduate on Business Administration by La Salle University (Barcelona, Spain)

Déborah Justel

Marketing & Communications Director
More than 10 years of experience in the IT sector and Marketing and Communication area, having occupied responsibility posts both in national and international departments in companies such as Bull, Steria, Fujitsu, and Software AG.

Déborah has a degree on Chemistry and she specialized in Chemistry and Physics. She did a Master Research on Physics Solid State, Physics. She studied a Master Research in Molecular Spectroscopy by Bangor University, (Wales) and a Master in Marketing and Commercial Management Directorship by ESIC, Madrid, (Spain)

As Software Associates Corporation Director, she has the mission of developing the marketing and PR activities within the corporation and all the countries where the company operates to position the company as a leading firm in consultancy in emerging markets, in order to consolidate the brand and the image of the company and design marketing activities and tools to contribute on lead generation.

José Antonio González

Financial Director
He has more than 20 years of experience in high managing posts within the financial area. He has been the Financial Manager in several worldwide renowned enterprises, such as Apple Computer, Software AG, Bahia IT and Computervision.

He has a degree in Economics, Finances and Marketing by ICADE University and his career path is specially characterized by achieving a sales increase of over a 30% and an approximate 40% cost cut.

Miguel Ángel Jiménez

Eleven years of experience in different international consulting and technology companies. He has previously worked in Banco Santander, Europa Management Consulting, Ernst & Young Consulting, Cap Gemini and Software AG.

Miguel Ángel has a Economy Post-Graduate studies by Universidad Europea, Madrid (Spain), has a degree of Mathematic by Universidad Autónoma, Madrid (Spain) achieving a diploma on Statistics, Operative Research and Options and Future Valuations.

As Software Associates Corporation SOA/BPM Consulting Division Director, his duty is to develop the activities related to Consulting Services in several sectors.

José Manuel Azcona

Legacy Modernization Division Director
More than thirty years experience in different firms , both in Technology and Service companies, (Eria, Agfe Computers, Software AG, etc) and in other sectors (Hispanoil, Repsol, Organisms in the State Administration), etc.

In the last fifteen years he has developed his professional activity in companies related to the Postal Sector linked to relevant national postal operators (Spain´s Chile´s and Panama´s, amongst others, cooperating with tasks that involved critical mission systems development, legacy systems modernization and technology implementation in the postal field.

Likewise he has taken part in the development and implementation of information systems that enabled the modernization of top international telecommunication operators (Telefónica Spain)

In Software Associates he focuses its responsibility in legacy systems modernization.

Rafael Luengo

International Project Manager
He has more than 20 years of experience in consultancy, computing products and solutions. He has occupied several managing posts in the technological area and has dealt with project development within the same enterprise, Software AG, in which he had an extraordinary carreer path. Within this company he has developed several duties, such as: Area Manager, Director of the Defense and Security Division, Quality Division’s Manager, Director of Operations in Chile (leading the enterprise’s opening in Chile) and Director of Operations in Southern Latin America (leading the enterprise expansion for that area).

Apart from several courses related to technology, managing and business leadership he has a degree in Information Systems Engineering.
