Christian Barrios Marchant

Christian is a Founder of Software Associates Corporation. He has over 25 years experience in managing information technology enterprises. Prior to establishing Software Associates, Christian has worked as CEO in leading firms like Apple Computer, Toshiba, Informix and Software AG. Christian is a graduate in Mechanical Engineer by Chile University and he has a Post Graduate on Industrial Engineer by Florida International University and an Executive MBA, Columbia University.

Eduardo Valenzuela Goudie

Mr. Valenzuela has joined SOAIN as representative of the Private Investment company Hatton Investment Group. He has been serving as an independent investment advisor providing financial and business advisory as well as due diligence services to several companies for more than 15 years. He is member of the Board of several companies among others the Irish-based company Vordel Ltd, which deploy and develop SOA application and security systems, and the Luxembourg based Private Equity company Hatton Assets Management S.a.r.l. He has served as General Manager in Spain of the Swiss-based company Glencore AG, one the world largest supplier of crude oil, commodities and raw materials to industrial consumers and worked with several first-line companies among others the Swiss trading company Marc Rich & Co. and the Chilean based-company Bosques del Mauco SA active in the processing and marketing of food in South America. Mr. Valenzuela is an Economist by University Complutense in Madrid, Spain.

Virginie Bordier

Virginie has joined the Board as representative of Raquel Limited. She has more than 10 years experience in Wealth Management and Private Equity Consultancy. Prior to joining SOAIN she was the Personal Assistant to the General Manager of Glencore España S.A. (Raw materials and commodities supply and trading worldwide). She also worked as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of the French pharmaceutical company UPSA Medica S.A. in Spain (Research, development, manufacturing and sales of pharmaceuticals and related health care products) and Personal Assistant to International Relations Manager at the German based utility company BADENWERK AG (Generation, distribution and sales of electricity). She has a degree in Political Sciences, Finance and Public Administration at Sciences Po. Bordeaux, France and Master in Political Sciences at Technische Universität of Darmstadt, Germany.

Francisco Lopez De Lara

Lawyer, Secretary to the Board. Francisco is a Lawyer from the University Complutense de Madrid, MBA of the canary Island Business school and has a vast experience in Mercantile and Business law. Prior to joining Software Associates Corporation, Francisco worked as a Controller-lawyer at the Spanish Air Forces for 20 years. He has been a General Manager of a large Transportation Company UTINSA, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Francisco has his own Lawyers Office in Madrid and serves in the Board of several Companies.
